We offer a comprehensive range of insulated panels manufactured using three various cores, accessories and systems of flashings. 

PIR-N/PIR-F – stiff polyisocyanurate foam core providing high energy efficiency of a building and improved fire parameters that ensure long-term safety of use. 

MWF – mineral wool core providing the highest fire resistance, real savings when insulating a facility and maximum soundproofness. 

EPS – polystyrene (expanded polystyrene) core providing cost-efficient solution, while maintaining high aesthetics of a facility cladding.

Flashings – flashing system providing a complete accomplishment of a facility cladding.Our offer includes also: cold-formed profiles and gutters.

Profile types

Thanks to the variety of profile types of IZOPANEL sandwich panels lining and a wide selection of paint coats in various colours, our products can give a unique character to any building.

In standard option, lining is made of hot rolled DX51, S250GD, S280GD, S320GD steel sheet. The steel sheet is coated on both sides with inorganic, zinc or aluzinc protective coat. Minimum thickness of the inorganic layer for outdoor applications is 6.64oz/yd² of zinc or 4.42oz/yd² of aluzinc coat. The aluzinc coat, due to its smaller density, gives the same thickness of layer, measured in microns, with lower mass. Paint coat is the final protective layer. Normally, it is a polyester coat with thickness of 25 microns (0.001 inch). In case of usage at non-standard environmental conditions shall be used different layer thickness and coating paint type. Proper match layer to work condition will guarantee a long life and problem-free panels utilization.
